Seller instead of shipping me the expensive 18kg turntable I paid for sent me an inexpensive 15g headshell that I hadn't. International shipping nature of sale involved high shipping and customs fees. Sending back headshell to secure full refund including all shipping and import fees paid. Did not get the turntable I paid for a lot for, have the hassle to return wrong item and then secure a full refund, none of which is acceptable - all due to the seller messing up the shipping info/docs.

It's disappointing that the buyer left this feedback at the exact time that eBay and I are in the process of refunding him his money. We all know mistakes happen, and I am far from perfect, but I have done everything to make this situation right for the buyer.
