They sent FAKE GLASS instead of the lab created topaz that was purchased. The fake glass contained air bubbles and had a refractive index (RI) of 1.5. Lab/real Topaz has an refractive index of 1.609-1.643. It also immediately felt like glass (more of a subjective thing but glass has a different thermal conductivity that makes it feel warm quickly upon touch compared to topaz crystal. Not to mention the glass they sent was 51 carats rather than the 22.37 in the listing.
