Seller refused to issue export invoice, as required under EU Customs Legislation, resulting in having to pay German VAT and UK VAT on top of German VAT. Presumably so he could pocket the German VAT. Then requesting UPS to return parcel to him and still deducting money from what was paid. If you are in the UK DO NOT deal with this guy. There are plenty of German dealers willing to sell to UK customers using the proper system which will save UK purchasers approximately 20%. He stopped responding.
