The packaging well it takes a long time to unwrap it because he spent so much time packaging it. He uses a lot of tape. I thought it was exactly as described. I think it’s a great value. But most of all the reason I just placed another order with him is because he is honest and he returns messages almost instantly. I realize there’s a 12 hour time difference between Cleveland OH and India but he responds so promptly. It’s wonderful. 10 stars
