Glasses were the exact model described, but they were extremely dirty with smudges and dust all over them - I would say definitely not a "new" item. Maybe these were a floor model or something else and just handled a lot - but they should have arrived in much better condition if they were being sold as new.

This buyer was offered a full refund and they declined. They asked for a partial refund because of some dust and declined I offered a full refund and return the glasses. My opinion they wanted a discount and because they didn't get it they left this feedback. This is unfair over some dust, the photos were clear and tags were still attached.
