My fan tuned up with all new sellotape stuck all over the box and when I openend it there was pieses missing and there was dirty black fingerprints all inside the box whitch indicated to me that this was a returned product. After trying to assemble the fan I reolised that there was parts missing, I tryed the fan out and it just vibrated itself to death. in the bin it went.
