I love the item however there was a defect. Item arrived 6/22 around 9-10am. However, Item was opened examined @ 10:20 a.m. there was defect with Anti-theft lock--a piece of metal was detached which makes the locking system null and void. I am aware this item is non-returnable. I would like a refund or replacement. How can we resolve this matter?
