This pair of shoes had been in inventory for a while and when filling the shoe order, we discovered that one of the interior shoe materials had begun to deteriorate. We would not ship them in their current condition. We immediately messaged the buyer with photos of the condition issue, apologized & refunded the entire purchase amount before shipment. Again, we felt that we proactively addressed the issue in the best way we were able.
