Sorry to hear this, if you'd let me know i could do something to help, it's a new sealed DVD so i'm not able to test it, this has never happened before

This wasn't a fair review. I did eventually find a way to watch the disc using a laptop. The issue - as increasingly the case - was the tech used to view. & now we find that pre windows 11 laptops will all have to be tossed out as un-updatable. I've thought it before & didn't, linux is the way to go. But I never fully listen to that little voice, crowded out by the clatter of "new" "improved" . Lies by liers.
The dvd works fine. the issue was at my end.
