This camera is still registered on someone else's Simplisafe system, which is really sketchy, and it makes the camera incapable of connecting to a new system. I have messaged the seller twice asking them to simply 'remove' the device from their system so that I can add it to mine, but NO response! I even included screenshots from the simplisafe website on how to do this. No answer... horrible experience.
