Good communication with seller. Resolved an issue for me on poor packing on the sides of the unit and a piece broken off, but the unit works. (I personally never use USPS postal service - this package was all beat up; I prefer FedEx and maybe UPS. The postal service has gone downhill over the years, in this area at least).
Good price, product as described except for slight damage in shipping.
I would probably use seller again because they are learning.
