In this case, the buyer apparently cannot tell the difference between red and burgundy. We provided pictures of the difference in camera colors for this model, but received no response. We offered a return with a full refund, but the buyer did not respond. We always ship exactly what is in the picture. We stand behind our descriptions with a 30 no-questions-asked return policy. The buyer is still eligible for a return as of this date.
