I cannot even wear these shoes because the laces are ripped through the leather. This was not specified whatsoever, or I would not have purchased these shoes. I am very disappointed, not only because they cannot be worn, but because I was excited to wear them. You should not sell items that are tore up like this, I am extremely disappointed. I don’t understand how people can sell items like this in good conscience to other people!!!!!

The sweater has a hole in tge front that was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted ted the seller who never responded. I'm very , very disappointed because there is nothing easy or simple about returning items when a seller ignores you. Think twice before ordering from this seller - easy returns featured as a selling point but not the reality. The description should include ruined cashmere semester with a moth hole I'm front, will attract other moths if you are foolish enough to buy
