I have been very honest with the seller regarding the damaged, cracked, unsatisfactory condition of the painting from the time I received it, and throughout numerous contacts. The seller was very argumentative and accusatory stating that
1. He felt I purposely damaged the painting.
2. Accused me of Photoshopping the pictures that I sent to eBay upon filing my claim.
3. Absolutely refused to refund my money.
4. Accused me of not being able to afford the painting as reason I requ. refund!!

I described this 65-year-old antique oil painting as having crazing throughout. The buyer acknowledged that in an email. The painting with a beautiful frame was a little more than $100 that was shipped free to the buyer. Multiple pictures were shown in the listing. The buyer used very bright lights to find maybe something - like it was a Mona Lisa. I offered a $50.00 refund which was more than fair since it was sold with the understanding that there was a no return policy.
