Far better than a true beginner instrument, though one string was a bit loose and had to be tightened (difficult procedure but luckily I know how)

The product pics has what appears as scratches all over the helmet, but the description states 1 scratch to the exterior helmet...I need more accurate pics or just cancel order, now or if shipped and it is in that condition I will be returning
