I don't know if this guy is just incompetent or is trying to run some kind of "maybe the customer will forget so I can keep the money" scam, but avoid this guy at all costs. Claims 3 day shipping, but after 2 weeks of still awaiting shipment & no responses to multiple messages, I filed a claim for a refund with Ebay. Only then did he finally respond, not with an apology, but "jeeze, you could have just canceled it" well after the cancelation option expired. Idiot or crook, either way, avoid him.
