I never received the item and I contacted the seller and he told me to track it down. I have no clue where the item is, but it’s not here.
I purchased so much from eBay and I have rarely had an issue with the product not ever showing up .

This is completely untrue. We communicated via eBay, so even they can see that you are not telling the truth. The item was scanned via USPS. We verified the address that you input on eBay, and we sent you the tracking information.
We also explained that as the buyer, you have to open an "item not received" case with eBay. eBay then verifies that we had the item scanned at USPS and then reaches out to you (the buyer) for resolution.
