I had to return these shoes as they did not fit. The Shoe Cafe has received the shoes but after getting one message from him "Got it", I have not received a refund. Not only are they not standing up to their policy but after sending 4 messages asking for a refund there has been no reply or refund. This is very frustrating and there is a 99.9% rating to which I think might be fake. As far as I am concerned they are less than ethical and and should have a minus -% rating. Stay away!!!!!
