This appears to be a scam. The item was too low priced and there were a number of same items available for purchase.
The item was supposedly shipped out but "returned" to the Vendor. The Vendor contacted me and said the item was defective as well as all the other items that were available so he could not reship this item and offered a refund. How did the Vendor determine the item was defective on return, not before it was shipped? It was never stated the package was damaged.
