Arrived very fast, though the packing was kind of loose & should have had bubble wrap around it. As for the tool itself, they are given bad ratings by some. Either these people are very aggravated they had spent much more on another tool & it got owned by this Ryoby offering, or they just don't know how to use an impact wrench. Either way, this thing is a beast. It's a bit heavier than an equivalent air driven unit. Be careful, it will break things.
