The crystal itself was great, and exactly what I was looking for, but the seller dropped the ball on shipping. I paid for it to arrive on the 8th or 9th, and they didn't even mail it until the evening of the 9th. It was a gift, and it had to be given late because of the oops. The falsely advertised shipping speed was the only negative, but it ended up being a pretty big one.
