I purchased this item on Feburary 23rd. Though I was charged two separate shipping costs and no issues were reported by the Seller on this figure after almost two months of not receiving this purchase I had to get Ebay involved! However, with that said, I would be remiss not to point out that Seller does make excellent custom pieces at a decent price. But Seller does need to consider commitment to customers and customer service.
