I'm sorry you have a negative feeling about your purchase of this Pro Pill Crusher. It was tested and is in perfect working condition. Maybe you are using it incorrectly? In order to successfully crush pills you need to push down on the arm more than one time, shifting the pills around each time. Some pills are harder to crush than others. Feel free to look up videos on how to correctly use this item. Maybe that will help you. I hope you find a positive resolution to your negative feelings.
