- r***n (8)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseWorks great! Although I'm confused about the assortment of flexbays. The bottom two have 3.5" HDD trays that work great. The top contains one 3.5" HDD tray and one M.2 flexbay. The top backplane connector seems to only support M.2 drives, but a HDD tray was included in the top. Furthermore, the M.2 flexbay that was included didn't come with the tray that the actual M.2 drive sits in. So I'm a little confused about the assortment of flexbays it came with, but it works.

The foam shipping packaging was incredible- like they wrapped a mattress around this thing lol. My computer had a *slight* misconfiguration that would not matter for most people, but was crucial for me. I contacted their customer support and they knew what they were talking about, knew exactly what I needed, and got me taken care of quickly. Fully resolved!
