The item arrived so packed protected so well that my mother was so happy to see it without any drop of her face serum that k you so much for your promise of packing it well. I will never order from Amazon ever again as they failed delivering the item without taking care about paying 140 dollars which is really expensive and found the same serum with 68 dollars in ebay why I always trust and ordering from ebay thank you again for delivering and packing it so safely will order more in the future
