Received the poster severely damaged, I would have blamed the post office, but they packed it so poorly then when I contacted them they just said we accept returns. No apology, now I have to spend my time sending it back, because of their poor packing. Not to mention it took almost 2 weeks for shipping

I was at my daughters high school graduation when buyer requested return. Just wanted to respond quickly, and there was no animosity in the quick reply. Item was shipped in 2" mailing tube with plastic end caps. Not sure how it was packed so poorly. Also, Item was purchased on May 16th, shipped next day on the 17th and USPS took 8 days to deliver.
