I was super skeptical at first and very nervous sending my iPad 11 Pro (4th Gen) to a stranger to do the service at a fraction of the $499 fee Apple charges. Fortunately it paid off! They did an amazing job with a 24hr turnaround from the point it was delivered to them. The entire process took about a week and a half from mailing to return delivery. Very happy with the glass replacement from Lenwell. Everything works just keep in mind that your digitizer can’t have any flaws or dead spot in order to work properly. I send my ipad pro 11 2gen prority mail well protected with bubble wrap and insurance just in case. As soon as they got it. I received a video of screen test before and after it was fix. Very happy so far

They did pretty well, valuable work. Texted me about each steps they did. The ipad was returned with a little bit of sand-feel on the edges, which I suppose was because they need to open the screen, I should not expect more as they have already provided very decent repairment. Thanks Lenwell

Lenwell did a fantastic job replacing the glass on my iPad Pro 11”. Cheaper than buying a whole new screen. With both of us being located in Texas shipping was fast. Sent it out on Monday afternoon and got it back Friday. Will definitely send more devices in the future.
