The actual item was exactly as advertised and I have no complaints at all on that. The problem was shipping - it came 3 days later than advertised. It showed as shipped, but it was actually still at the seller's business. After contacting the seller on the following Tuesday, the seller promptly moved it along, but by that time it was severely delayed.
