Really great and honest communication before and after the sale. The seller went out of his way to be sure it was a positive experience. Thank you for that. On the other hand, eBay's global shipping program is slow, inefficient, tracking is basically nonexistent and the shipping costs are ridiculously expensive and the customer service for tracking was horrible. This is not the fault of the seller, who was consistently kind and helpful. burtsb27 gets five stars, Global gets three spitballs.
