They also have been helping with installation as it's a bit more complicated than just popping out two screws and replacing. It's actually still not complete but I've been away unable to finish so that's my fault. Overall I had a positive experience with them and trust they will help me get through the audio issue when I can get to it.

Find a 1920*720 image, PNG format. Prepare a USB drive (capacity smaller than 64GB and format for Fat32) <br />2. Rename the image to "updatelogo"<br />3. Copy the image onto the root directory of the usb drive<br />4. Plug the usb drive into the unit and the update will start, after a reboot you'll have the new logo. thanks
