I received these items amazingly quickly, especially considering that they were sent from China. They were packaged carefully to avoid damage. The shipping cost was quite reasonable.
I have been using these stylers for years. The bristles tend to bend and then come out, but this styler leaves my hair looking better than any other I have tried. It detangles and smoothes my hair without making it look too flat. The price has risen dramatically over the years - from $20 to $50.

So far so good. Used it a few times and it’s working for my needs. Easy to use. I would suggest starting on lowest power level. This has worked well. I tried highest power level, and the only difference was feeling. The tip was to long. It would not slide into the device far enough to. Screw tip securely. I had to cut to proper size. That’s the only thing that I found wrong.
