Seller is a GREAT communicator! Unfortunately, a unit not displayed in the sales ad was shipped accidentally from multiple units on hand. Bottom line - human error happens on occasion. Seller acknowledged the error - QUICKLY processed a refund - and PROMPTLY supplied a return shipping label. From the standpoint of 'resolution', no more could have been expected or asked.
