    Well packaged, fast shipping, and the plates look brand new although they were sold as used. As the seller described, they may have been displayed plates and not actually used. I already had have three same plates, so wanted to add two to make it a set of five. Good value. And I loved a little message sheet inserted in the package. I didn't pick up, but their voice message was very concerned and very nice. I responded with an eBay message to say "No problem. Just send the remaining mug."
