Pre-sales communication great. After sale on 3/27/24....item not delivered to post office til 4/10/24 AFTER a reminder email. Post office lost item for 12 days then finally ships to me. Item arrives badly packed and broken. I email seller again to ask if replacement item is possible. NO RESPONSE. I try to give benefit of the doubt with any seller as many juggle multiple jobs, but, my patience is not infinite. I'll have to try to repair the figure and hope I can clean up every break seams it has.
