I ordered from them 2 weeks ago, had a follow up call 3-4 days after placing the order and said it'll arrive on the Friday but nothing turned up. Then called again the week after as I still hadn't received the item and apparently the person that deals with the ebay orders has gone on holiday and they have no clue what has happened to the part. Said they'll get back to me with an answer but never heard from them again, raised an issue with eBay the day after and they just gave me a refund.
