    Avoid this seller at all costs. The second-hand Merrychef machine broke completely within three weeks. Engineers and the manufacturer confirmed a serious motherboard fault. Despite promising trays and pans, none were included—we had to pay £40 extra. The plug fuse failed the next day. After about 20 days, the machine stopped working entirely. The seller refused proper after-sales support and even suggested we fix it ourselves using a YouTube video. Two engineer visits, costing over £240, failed
