It did require the removal of a small PCB off the back of the original display, but it was easy to remove with a little heat. The value was much better than what I was finding on Amazon and the display looks as good as the original. The only thing I noticed that *might* be slightly different is s-pen response time to the display. Regardless, excellent seller.
