The spool on the reel is supposed to move up and down to evenly distribute the fishing line along the spool. I contacted the seller on the day that it arrived informing them of the issue. After +30 msgs and a few weeks of frustrations, I decided to take it to a professional for repair. Sent seller pics of the broken parts but they still refused to pay my $60 cost of repair for my trouble.
