    Poor communication with delays. Requested combined shipping; no reply. Sent follow-up, replied with question after 24 hrs. I answered same day. No reply. I gave suggestion to package 2 games together to save shipping and requested I only pay shipping on 1 (the higher cost). They took my suggestion, but I did not get discount. I paid before waiting longer for a response, as I didn't want any trouble with ebay on my profile for not paying my win. Games installed fine.
