The snap-on ratchet was in pristine condition, the tool could very likely pass for new. Minor and I mean MINOR scuff mark on the ratchet head, probably buff right out. Ratchet operation can only be described as brand new! BEST DEAL I'VE EVER GOTTEN ON EBAY!
