- 9***a (218)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller did accept return right away, but do not buy the ankermake m5 or m5c printers first of all its discontinued theres no easy parts or replacments available. have to text them and wait a while to get parts. second of all out of box i noticed screws just moving around inisde the printer, i know its refurb but still unacceptable, screws were not tightened. and extruder motor broke right after first print. Avoid these printers and get something which still in production and have parts in stock.

When the refurbished unit arrived it was packaged well but wouldn’t extrude. I had to take it apart and clean the extruder and after the it still wouldn’t print properly. I going to try to cobble together a working machine out of the two units I have. The seller did respond with maintenance instructions. I realize this is a refurbished machine but I had hoped for better quality
