We carry over 5,000 beauty products of different colors and sizes and being human, mistakes (although rare) unfortunately happens. We promptly replied to the buyer on the same day and apologized for the error and asked them to open a return in which case we would offer a full refund. Buyer refused and simply left us a negative instead, which makes us believe she was not genuinely interested in a solution.
