    Seller advertised tone arm with PHONO CABLE. for sale. When the package arrived it contained the tone arm but no phono cable. I contacted the seller notifying them of this fact; asking if this sas just a packing error. They denied that the phono cable was included in the purchase, even though it was advertised as such with a picture including the cable and a statement that the phono cable was included in the purchase. I contacted them again twice and they failed to respond. I had to buy a cable

    Sent wrong arm. Changed listing photos AFTER the sale and sent that arm, claiming I was the one in error. Straightened that out, but they claim now that they DO NOT have the arm I bought. We settled upon me keeping the arm they sent, but I still need a Series II NON-improved. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.
