I purchased what I expected was a LH golf iron and received a RH iron. The order confirmation did not state LH or RH. I contacted the seller immediately and was advised the seller does not accept returns and their reason stated, "just did not like it" - an erroneous statement. I approached the company a second time and was ignored. The company has my money and I have a club that I cannot use. What happened to the importance of customer relations??
