    It is as pictured. If you need the flanged end to Y with 2 flanges to tie into 2 CATS, this is not what you need. I was able to modify it to work with my V6. Matched the hanger locations perfectly on the tailpipe and the muffler. Overall pleased. Fitment was my fault for trusting the EBAY fitment chart.
