I used this mug as a prop when I proposed to my fiancée, so I was delighted to see that it arrived in excellent condition, as seen on the listing. It was packaged well in plenty of bubble-wrap in an appropriately sized box, and it arrived in only four days. The only negative part of the experience was the shipping cost, which added another $10 to the transaction. However, theresel_94 was willing to negotiate the cost of the item itself, so that helped manage the overall cost.
