The item arrived smashed. It had not been adequately cushioned in the package and had not been marked fragile (red ware plate). The sellers last response to me has been over two weeks ago, in which she said that it was intact when she mailed it. The post office here said that the damage claim for the package had to be initiated by the seller, which I communicated. It hads been over 10 days and I have not heard anything.
