I'm sorry for the delay in shipping. You did not receive a refund because the item was shipped and delivered yesterday, March 10th. On rare occasions an order may take a little longer to ship due to low stock and having to have more made from our manufacturers. All of our products are brand new, so if something is out of stock then we get a batch of brand new pieces in.
