Good communication from seller.... but extremely SLOW shipping: delivery date updated to 45 days after purchase and payment received. I've never had to wait more than 3 weeks before.... but this transaction will take more than 6 weeks! I'm definitely NOT satisfied.... but I really want this particular item.... and I've already been "chasing" it for 2 months! Feedback open to change.... depending on overall results.

The robots are great.
Good delivery.
Package was not damaged - items were in perfect condition.
Negative:
Had to pay two times the shipping costs/vat, as the provided vat number was not complete/incorrect. Seller answered me, that he would check the situation, but no information was provided later by him.
So i had to pay 15 Euros to the Customs in my country because of lack vat number.
