Seller is a GREAT communicator! Unfortunately, a unit not displayed in the sales ad was shipped accidentally from multiple units on hand. Bottom line - human error happens on occasion. Seller acknowledged the error - QUICKLY processed a refund - and PROMPTLY supplied a return shipping label. From the standpoint of 'resolution', no more could have been expected or asked. I have purchased many of this Acer model and it is great. Unfortunately, despite what appeared to be a careful packing job, the item arrived damaged. However, the seller was very responsive with providing a return label and refund. I would buy from them again.
